Webtripper
Pricing
Webtripper
requires no installation at your offices. Instead
we build a unique, separate database for your
company on our servers, for which there is
a one-off charge of £275. If you require accommodation
host to host connections, please advise which
suppliers you have an account with, and these
links can be made available to you as part of
your rental charge. If not already on our list
of connected hosts, we can contact them to create
a seamless "Look & Book" package
for you, subject to the availability and specification
of their online interface.
System Rental
Price per month for the first
user: £190
Price per month for each user thereafter: £119
Prices include: Worldspan connectivity for Worldspan
account holders, full front and back office software
and reporting modules, data loader, upgrades
and maintenance to Webtripper software, Star
hosting charges, data backup and all IT maintenance
on operating system software and servers, and
host to host links (subject to your account status
with the data providers).
Prices do
not include: internet
connectivity (please advise if you require
advice or assistance on estabishing or upgrading
your internet connection), training (£250 per day) or site survey
if required (£250), online credit card
authorisations (£500 install fee), and
Airscan online data streaming (£100 per
month per site).
All contracts for three month minimum period,
payable by standing order in advance. All prices
exclusive of VAT.
How do you get Webtripper?
Check the version of your PC's
browsers. There is an automated browser check
on the www.webtripper.co.uk website
which will advise if you need any plugins or
upgrades, and enable you to download them directly
from Microsoft. Check with us if you want technical
advice about any aspect of your browser or Internet
