Internet Explorer - Trusted Site Setup

Select 'Tools' from the menu items toolbar
Select 'Internet Options' from the dropdown menu
Select the 'Security' tab
Select 'Trusted sites'
Click the 'Sites...' button
If the 'Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone' is checked, click on the checkbox to uncheck it. If it is already unchecked then leave it alone.
In the 'Add this Web site to the zone:' field type http://www.webtripper.co.uk and click the 'Add' button (if you have pasted this url from somewhere else, be sure to check that it is 'http://' and not 'https://').

You are now back at the 'Internet Options' window

Click on the 'Custom Level...' button.
Under the "ActiveX controls and plug-ins" option, find the following 3 settings:
     - Download signed ActiveX controls
     - Download unsigned ActiveX controls
     - Initialise and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe
and ensure that for each one the selected option is 'Enable'

Acrobat
In order to view booking confirmations, vouchers and the PDF version of the various reports you will need to download and install a copy of Acrobat Reader if you do not already have it installed.  It can be downloaded from: www.adobe.com
