Your Global Network
Webtripper grows
from the product family that originated from
our highly successful Novell based product, Tripper,
still heavily in use throughout the UK. It's
a full front and back office solution used for
a range of travel-based requirements, from selling
travel products, through to processing accounting
information, BSP, reporting and invoicing production.
From a consistent, intuitive and user friendly
environment, staff can access a huge range of
products and services from suppliers around the
world and easily create bookings using flights,
accommodation, insurance, car hire, transfers
and tours accessed from these online sources
or from your own contracts. In short: Webtripper
is everything you need in the travel business!
Using fast, highly secure and superbly maintained
servers, with the Internet as the distribution
medium, Webtripper allows you to run your travel
systems in a way never before possible. A state
of the art reservation system married to a travel-based
back office with an 18 year pedigree, calling
on dedicated data sources such as Worldspan and
Airscan and many other travel based Host systems,
gives your staff exactly what they need: up to
the moment information.
Imagine your office network being cabled up
right around the globe. Imagine that no matter
where your staff went, they could work as efficiently
as if they were inside your office. Your handling
agents could access your client arrivals lists
up to the moment of arrival, homeworkers could
add to your sales and check the latest availability
of fares and holidays, whether from your own
contracts or via Worldspan and office staff could
work from home, or while abroad.
But imagine also that your fileservers and data
are looked after by staff who work around the
clock, and who upgrade components automatically
as soon as they reach 60% capacity. Imagine that
all this happens without any intervention or
effort on your part. If you can't imagine this,
it's probably because you don't believe it possible,
but this is the way Webtripper has been designed.
