For general enquiries from public web sites, MySql queries or XML services are the preferred method of supplying data. The MySql query interface offers more flexibility and is recommended for the advanced developer. For demanding applications or for situations where you want complete control of the hardware, software and data, we recommend the bulk CSV /ZIP downloads via FTP or HTTP. You can then host, manipulate and query the data in any way you choose.

Our Network

To ensure a reliable service, almost all operations are duplicated or mirrored. This includes our internal processing systems and our external web/sql servers which are located in London, New York, Los Angeles and Las Vegas, taking advantage of different time zones to ensure round the clock high speed service. Outside of working hours, SMS alerts notify us of various problems that might occur.

Technical Support

Email is our preferred and primary method of support on installed systems, but sales calls should be made to 08760 260 230 , and support calls for installed systems to 01702-437-146.

A voicemail system operates when support is busy or closed. We aim to return your call within 30 minutes Mon-Fri, 9am -5pm. Outside of these times the level of support varies according to your contract with us. Generally speaking, out of hours messages will be dealt with as soon as possible subject to priority and circumstances.
